Refund and Returns Policy

At Megademi-Eurotech LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their training purchases. Our refund and returns policy provides guidelines for the return of training courses, services, and materials.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the course purchase date. If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, no refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for completed courses or certifications.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at training@megademi.com with your order details, including the course name and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom or personalized training sessions
• Training materials or products that have been accessed, used, or downloaded
• Courses for which certificates have been issued

Cancellations

If a training session is canceled by Megademi, a full refund will be issued to the participants.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, your access to our courses will be automatically suspended. To reinstate access, any outstanding balances must be cleared.
